Jillian (Jill) Evanko is President and Chief Executive Officer of Chart Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: GTLS), serving in this capacity since June of 2018. Ms. Evanko joined Chart in February of 2017 as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Chart, Jill was the Chief Financial Officer of Truck-Lite Co., LLC as well as having held multiple operational and financial executive positions at Dover Corporation (NYSE: DOV) and its subsidiaries. Prior to joining Dover in 2004, Ms. Evanko worked in valuation services at Arthur Andersen, LLP and held financial roles for Honeywell and Sony Corporation of America. In addition to serving on Chart’s Board of Directors, Ms. Evanko also serves as an independent director of the Board of Alliant Energy and its subsidiaries (NASDAQ: LNT).
Jill received a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from La Salle University. She is the ExxonMobil Power Play Rainmaker award winner for 2020 and is a finalist for the S&P Global Platts Energy Award for Chief Trailblazer in 2020.
Mr Frédéric Barnaud is the Group Chief Executive Officer of Pavilion Energy.
Mr Barnaud has more than 25 years of experience in the oil and gas sector where he worked for major energy companies in various senior roles, which include the establishment and leadership of commercial, trading and shipping businesses in global energy markets. He is a regular keynote speaker and panelist at most international energy conferences.
He was previously a member of the Gazprom Marketing & Trading Group (Gazprom M&T) Executive Committee and its Chief Commercial Officer managing the global LNG, Oil/LPG and Shipping business units. Between 2008 and 2017, Mr Barnaud successfully positioned Gazprom M&T as a significant player of the global LNG markets, where he built and led a first-class commercial, operational and trading platform. He promoted Gazprom M&T’s presence in Singapore as early as 2009 and was the first chairman of the board of Gazprom Marketing & Trading Singapore Pte Ltd.

After graduating in Mechanical Engineering in 1999 from the Politecnico di Milano, he fulfilled his military service as an Officer in the Italian Army.
In 2000 he was awarded with a scholarship as a Ph.D. candidate at the Department of Energy of the Politecnico di Milano, where he was involved in research projects and teaching activities.
In 2001 he joined McKinsey.
He obtained a Master in Business Administration from Columbia University, New York, in 2005.
After a short experience in Citgroup in New York, he continued his career in McKinsey, mostly dealing with projects in the Oil & Gas and Banking & Insurance sectors.
In 2007 he joined Eni in the Office of the CEO supporting the Top Management for corporate strategy and group-level projects.
Between 2008 and 2016 he worked in the Gas & Power Business Unit of Eni, first as Senior Vice President for International Sales and later as Executive Vice President for International Markets and LNG Activities.
In November 2016 he became Executive Vice President for Portfolio Strategy and Long Term Gas Negotiations in the newly established Midstream business of Eni with the responsibility to oversee the gas supply portfolio management and the relationships with long term gas suppliers.
In February 2018 he was appointed Executive Vice President Business Unit Gas. In this role he managed the entire midstream wholesale gas value chain, including supply and trading activities. In parallel he was also appointed EVP Trading & Origination in Eni Trading & Shipping S.p.A. (the fully owned subsidiary of Eni S.p.A. in charge of all the trading operations within the group).
In April 2019 he was appointed Chief Gas & Lng Marketing and Power Officer.
He is the Chairman and CEO in charge of Gas, Lng and Power activities of Eni Trading & Shipping S.p.A.
He is a member of the Board of Directors in Union Fenosa Gas, a JV between Eni and Naturgy, and in BlueStream, a JV between Eni and Gazprom.
He is the President of Anigas, the Italian gas business Association, and a fellow of the Governing Board of Eurogas, the European gas business Association. He is also a member of the Executive Committee of GIIGNL, the International Group of LNG Importers.
Martin began his career as geologist in 1979 and since then has worked worldwide, managing all forms of enterprise in the energy industry.
He earned a BSc in geology from Newcastle University and an MSc in petroleum geology from Imperial College, London.
He has established a strong external reputation in the international gas business and is largely credited with being the key architect of BG Group’s world class LNG business, from which he retired in 2014 as chief operating officer and executive director.
In recognition of his contribution to the industry, in 2011 he was the first recipient of the CWC LNG Executive of the Year award.
Martin is Chairman of EnQuest plc, a FTSE listed oil and gas company. He is Vice-Chairman of Tellurian Inc, a NASDAQ listed LNG company he co-founded in 2016. Martin is a Non-Executive Director of BUPA Arabia, a healthcare company based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and also of CC Energy, a private oil and gas company with producing assets in Oman and the USA.
He is a Senior Advisory Partner and Chairman of the Energy Group at Moelis and Company and an Advisor to Radia Inc, the mega-wind company.
Martin is a member of the National Petroleum Council of the United States and also of the advisory board of the Global Energy Policy unit at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs in New York.

Steve is a member of Shell’s Integrated Gas and Shell’s Trading & Supply Leadership Teams with responsibility for Shell’s global LNG, natural gas and power marketing and trading activities. Steve is also responsible for Shell’s natural gas market development activities, Shell’s Integrated Gas strategy and Shell’s gas advocacy efforts.
Prior to the Shell purchase of BG Group, Steve was a member of BG Group’s Corporate Executive Team with responsibility for BG’s global LNG, natural gas and crude oil marketing and trading activities, and BG’s shipping business. Steve was involved in building and optimizing BG’s LNG business since joining the company in 2002 in roles in the UK, USA and Singapore.
Prior to joining BG Group, Steve worked for Mobil and subsequently ExxonMobil, in business development and trading roles in the UK, USA, Singapore, and Qatar.

Thomas Maurisse started his career in 2007 in the French Ministry of Economy, Finance & Industry where he became, in 2011, Chief of Staff of the State Secretary for Consumption, Small Enterprises, Trade & Services and Deputy Chief of Staff of the Minister of Economy, Finance & Industry.
Thomas Maurisse joined Total in 2012 in the Refining & Chemicals Branch where he worked successively in Germany as Head of the economic division of the Leuna refinery, then in Belgium as General Manager of the Supply Sales and Optimization activities for the North and East Europe zone.
In 2017, he joined the Exploration & Production Branch as Strategy and Sales Director of Total EP Nigeria.
In 2019, he joined the Gas, Renewables & Power Branch as Deputy Senior Vice President LNG.
VP of Global LNG Trading & Origination
Jonty joined BP Oil in 1992, where he performed several roles in operations, trading and refining. In 1998 he took over the business development team looking after the Former Soviet Union, Mediterranean and Africa. During this period, he took on the role of BP nominated director in the setup of a new internet company the Intercontinental Exchange, which is now the world’s third largest exchange.
In 2001 Jonty moved to Vietnam to be the marketing manager for upstream. In this role, he was responsible for negotiating gas sales agreements with the State Oil and Power companies and working with the World Bank to finance new Power stations. Following this, he moved to Angola where he was the commercial manager for BP’s first deep water oil development. Prior to his current role, Jonty was the executive assistant for the head of Integrated Supply & Trading, then Group Strategy, in the corporate centre.
Jonty is currently global head of LNG for BP with a responsibility for the management of upstream contracts in Trinidad, Egypt and North West Shelf, merchant supply from Freeport in the USA and future projects in Coral LNG in Mozambique, Tortue in Mauretania and Senegal and Calcassieu Pass in the USA. The portfolio includes a fleet of ~20 LNG carriers, regas facilities in the USA, UK, Spain and Italy, as well as long term customer contracts globally.
President and CEO
Octávio Simões was named President and CEO of Tellurian Inc. on November 30, 2020.
Previously he was an EVP, LNG Marketing and Business Development and a member of the Executive Committee at Tellurian engaged in all aspects of the LNG industry.
Before he joined Tellurian, he was President and CEO of Sempra LNG & Midstream where he was responsible for all LNG and natural gas midstream activities, including the company's efforts at Cameron LNG, Energia Costa Azul LNG and Port Arthur LNG. Prior responsibilities include business development, acquisitions, engineering and construction, operations and asset management in power generation, as well as financial and strategic planning.
Simões has degrees in mechanical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and from the University of Massachusetts – Dartmouth, and is a registered professional engineer in the state of Massachusetts. Simões is a native of Lisbon, Portugal.

Mr Bensaude is in charge of LNG Commercial Operations and Portfolio Management for Cheniere and sits on the Sabine Pass Liquefaction board of directors. He has more than 25 years of experience in the energy, oil and natural gas trading and marketing business. Prior to joining Cheniere, Mr. Bensaude served as Head of Global LNG at EDF Trading where he set up and ran the LNG trading and marketing department. Prior to EDF Trading, Mr. Bensaude was an Associate at Booz Allen & Hamilton in the Energy Practice, working on a variety of gas & power assignments. Mr. Bensaude started his career in energy as a trader of middle distillates for Total and previously served as the representative for the French bank, Société Générale, in Canton, PR of China. He held the position of Vice-Chairman of the European Federation of Energy Traders Gas Committee while at EDF Trading. He holds an MBA from ESSEC, business school in France, and studied Mandarin at Paris 7 Jussieu.
Chief Financial Officer & Deputy Chairman of the Management Board
Mark Gyetvay is the CFO and Deputy Chairman of the Management Board at NOVATEK. From 2003 to 2014, he was a member of NOVATEK’s Board of Directors and served as the Chairman on the Strategy and Investment Committee. He was responsible for listing NOVATEK on the London Stock Exchange in 2005, and has led many of the Company’s Eurobond and domestic bond placements.
He has been consistently recognized by Investor Relations Magazine as one of the best CFO’s in Russia and the CIS by winning numerous awards and accolades, and was recognized twice by Institutional Investor magazine as one of the Top Five CFO’s in Europe’s Oil and Gas sector. Mr. Gyetvay is the recipient of the Finance Monthly 2015 - 2018 “Best CFO – Russia”, “Game Changer Award – Russia ” 2017 and 2018, and was recently announced as the Institutional Investor’s “Best CFO” in the EMEA oil and gas industry for 2017.
Prior to joining NOVATEK, he worked at a number of independent oil and gas companies in the United States since 1981 where he specialized in financial and economic analysis matters in both the upstream and downstream segments, as well as was a former partner in PWC’s Petroleum practice based in Moscow from 1995 to 2003. He is an internationally recognized expert in the oil and gas industry and a frequent speaker at leading industry conferences.

Harry Huang has over 20 years’ experience in the European energy industry. He is currently the Head of Gas, Power & Derivatives Trading for PetroChina International (London) Co. Ltd. In this role, he is responsible for the company’s trading in all European physical gas hubs. Prior to joining PetroChina in 2013, Harry spent over 10 years with Statoil and held various positions in trading and structuring, including setting up their flexibility and options trading desk. His earlier career was with National Power PLC in the UK and TXU Europe Energy Trading in Switzerland where he had roles ranging from project management, analysis and risk management. Harry holds a bachelor’s degree from Tsinghua University in Beijing and a PhD from Imperial College in London.
Justin Bird is responsible for marketing and commercial development of Sempra LNG’s five LNG projects. Previously, he was Sempra LNG’s chief development officer.
Bird has served as vice president and gas infrastructure special counsel and vice president of compliance and governance, and corporate secretary for Sempra Energy. He was director of project finance, leading the successful $7.4 billion financing of the Cameron LNG liquefaction export project.
Bird holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Arizona State University and a law degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Bird serves on the board of directors for IEnova, Sempra’s subsidiary in Mexico.

Tom Earl is the Chief Commercial Officer of VG LNG Marketing, LLC. Tom previously served as Vice President at the international oil company Total, focusing on the development of its global LNG business.
After graduating from City University in London with a degree in Engineering, Tom joined Total’s newly formed gas marketing and trading team in 1998. After various responsibilities within the trading division of the newly combined Total, Elf and Petrofina operations, he managed the natural gas option desk and gas trading desk. Tom successfully led significant commercial negotiations on long-term gas and LNG contracts in countries such as Russia, Norway and Qatar.
In 2006, Tom was appointed Head of Electricity Trading at Total where he led a significant expansion into newly opened power markets across Europe. In 2011, Tom moved to Houston, where he was appointed as head of Total’s North America commodity trading business, including its LNG, gas, power, coal, petcoke and LPG operations. Tom also represented Total in its US LNG liquefaction transactions from 2012 to 2015.
In 2015, Tom was appointed Vice President of Development for Total’s global LNG activities. Tom led Total’s most recent and highly regarded global expansion into new LNG markets. This work has included innovative new LNG terminal projects and new downstream asset transactions across the world.
Philippe Berterottière, is a graduate of the H.E.C. Business School and of the IEP Political Studies Institute. He occupied several senior positions in the aerospace industry before joining GTT in 2009 as Chairman and CEO.

David Ledesma is an independent gas and LNG consultant with 20 years’ LNG experience gained through the development of LNG projects in Asia and the Middle East. David provides commercial, financing and strategic support to national and international energy companies globally. He also gives commercial training courses on LNG in the UK and overseas, writes on gas and LNG and presents regularly at conferences. David was appointed a non-executive Director of Pavilion Energy in 2013, a member of the Energy Advisory Committee of JERA in August 2017 and is also a Chairman of the Natural Gas Programme, Oxford Institute for Energy Studies.

Founder and CEO of Emsurge, a UK tech start-up backed by LNG traders to develop software that streamlines the pre-to-post trade processes in LNG trading. Melissa is also the founder of Emstream, a tech enabled LNG brokerage and consultancy. Emstream has backed the recent launch of the world’s first physical LNG Broking Platform hosted by Emsurge. Emstream utilises its network and technology to assist companies in the faster origination of spot and longer-term opportunities. Formerly the Global Head of LNG for Tullett Prebon, she established the world’s first LNG physical and financial broking desk, offering deal facilitation, price discovery and trade consultancy out of London, Madrid and Singapore. Over the last 12 years, she has facilitated the sale and purchase of over 100 cargoes, aided the entry strategy of a handful of successful LNG trading businesses, negotiated regasification capacity options and been involved in a number of deals that have been industry firsts. Working with Citibank she established the LNG financial market, helping companies understand risk management and standardising the JKM swap to help the listing on exchanges of the first liquid LNG futures contract.
Since 2005 Pat has been the Managing Director of LNG Worldwide Ltd, a consulting company offering advice, support and training in all areas of the LNG commercial supply chain. Previous to that Pat has 24 years of experience with the Shell Group of companies both in oil and natural gas. Her direct experience in LNG is in the area of developing and implementing LNG strategies for new market entrants and companies seeking to strengthen partnerships with LNG producers. This includes working in all commercial areas across the LNG value chain. Her work has included working with governments, NOCs, IOCs and utilities and she has advised on structuring and optimising LNG supply portfolios. Coupled with her commercial experience is also a strong grounding in fundamental market analysis and strategic planning.
Andy Flower has been working as an Independent Consultant since May 2001 specialising in the LNG business where his areas of expertise include; strategy, marketing, project structures, shipping, pricing, supply and demand and project economics. He retired from BP in 2001 after thirty two years of service, including twenty two years working in the company’s LNG and natural gas business units where he managed BP’s interests in LNG projects in Abu Dhabi, Nigeria, Australia and Qatar and negotiated LNG sales and purchase agreements with buyers in Asia, Europe and the USA.
